Class # 304 IFSAC Instructor Level 1, correct class dates are 9/10, 9/11, 9/24. 9/25
(MUST BE IFSAC FIREFIGHTER 1 & 2 BEFORE CLASS)
 
 
 
All registrations, payments and class notifications will be done on-line.

 

Training Officers/Chiefs: It is very important to put in each firefighter’s email address. All class information is sent electronically. You can list two email addresses if you want info sent to you as well.

 

2011 Class Fees:

1 or 2 Days: $75

3 Days or More: $100

Your Class fees include: Lunch, Admission to the Welcome Reception, Day with the Vendors, and JCFIA Fire School T-Shirt.

 

The Trustees Class has a special rate of $60

If you are registering a student for two-1 day classes be sure to enroll that student in BOTH classes before finalizing payment.  Otherwise you will be charge TWICE.

 

Payment is handled with E-Check or credit card, either personal or department. Confirmation will be emailed to you. Please provide correct email address. No cancellations will be accepted after Aug. 24th, 2011 unless JCFIA cancels the class. All cancellations other than from JCFIA canceling a class will result in a $10 cancellation processing fee.

 

A RELEASE FORM, required for some classes, can be downloaded from www.jcfia.com or complete a copy of the release form in the back of this book. These forms MUST be completed and brought by YOU to the Registration Desk before entry to the class!

 

Failure to bring SIGNED required waiver/release forms and or required PPE to class will result in you being reassigned to a different class. No refund will be given for your failure to follow instructions.
