Registration Process

(YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE)

Please check your emails frequently as we near fire school dates. We communicate through emails with updates/cancellations/ etc.

<<<< For each registration you will need the following: >>>>

  1. Student Name (EXACTLY as wanted on the certificate)

  2. Student mailing address

  3. Student email address

  4. Student phone number

  5. Student T-shirt size

  6. Student Social Security Number (LAST FOUR) OR State FFN

  7. Student emergency contact name

  8. Student emergency contact phone number

  9. Student class 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice. (if you do not have a 2nd or 3rd choice just enter “None”)

  10. IF YOU WILL BE ATTENDING THE INSTRUCTOR 1 OR INSTRUCTOR 2 PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR IFSAC NUMBERS.

    ALL CLASSES BEGIN AT 8AM EDT (except # 503)

Lunch is included for all students ONLY !

A confirmation email/receipt will be sent after you complete the registration process (make sure we have your correct email address)
